Umani was created in 2017 and has been Utah's best mobile kitchen since. Our Pizza is cooked in our wood fired oven right on our truck! We wanted to design a truck that was beautiful and allow our customers to see into our process. Our large windows allow you to check out our amazing oven and watch the process from start to finish. We are committed to using only the freshest ingredients for our Pizza and our dough is always made the right way - from scratch.

Our vibrant and colorful food truck is inspired by the streets of Mexico. Our Jalisco-inspired Birria, which is slow-cooked to perfection and served with a side of consommé, will make your mouth water. Our Puebla-style pastor is another crowd favorite, featuring juicy and tender pork marinated in a blend of spices and served with freshly made tortillas and all the fixings.
